歐洲統一專利法院新制介紹暨模擬法庭

UPC Boot Camp: Unified Patent Court System and Mock Trial

因應即將於2023年4月揭牌的歐洲專利統一法院新制，法國專利師公會(CNCPI) 特別邀請本會視訊體驗「歐洲統一專利法院模擬法庭 (UPC Mock Trial)」，透過現場直播的方式，見識來自法國、德國、瑞典的法官及歐洲專利師/律師群在位於法國巴黎的統一專利法庭進行現場模擬攻防。
同時本會將於11月21日當日下午17:00-18:00先與CNCPI合辦「UPC基礎訓練」線上課程，講述歐洲統一專利法院及其訴訟程序，讓有興趣一窺模擬法庭的會員及業界先進對於UPC新制有初步暸解並掌握最新發展。

《UPC新制介紹》Part I: Basic Training on the UPC System

♦Mr. Henri BOURGEOIS

French and European Patent Attorney
Dipl. Ing. – Mines Paris
Master in law – University of Strasbourg

Henri Bourgeois began his career in a Parisian IP Law Firm, where he gained experience in patent granting procedures and litigation cases. He joined Germain Maureau in September 2021, as the head of patents of the Paris office. Member of the CNCPI UPC Committee, he is also co-chairperson of CNCPI’s Patent Committee, as well as speaker during the preparation seminar for the French Patent Attorneys Qualifying Examination.

♦Mr. Gwennhaël LE ROY

French and European Patent Attorney
Dipl. Ing. – European School of Chemistry, Polymers and Materials (E.C.P.M) Strasbourg
Master in law – University of Strasbourg

Gwennhaël Le Roy started his career at Casalonga in 2004 and became a partner in 2015. He has extensive experience in patent proceedings before the European Patent Office in the chemistry field and regularly represents his clients in opposition and appeal proceedings. He is also involved in litigation cases. Member of the CNCPI UPC Committee, he is also a member of one of the committees for the preparation of the European Qualifying Examination (EQE).

【活動說明】
(一)本活動為線上舉行，全程將以英文進行，無翻譯服務。
(二)本活動自即日起開放報名，報名截止時間為：11/17（四）下午17:00止。會員請至會員專區登入後辦理報名，以維護您的權益。
(三)本活動最後報到時間為17:30，如未於預定時間內報到視同未出席。
(四)本會於活動結束後一個月內依據「專利師及專利代理人在職進修辦法」登檔造冊1小時予經濟部智慧財產局，惠請參與之專利師及專利代理人於課程活動結束後一個月後至經濟部智慧財產局E網通入口網站登入查詢。
(五)若臨時不克出席，請於11/18（五）中午12:00前，以電郵（yuting10@twpaa.org.tw）通知本會取消報名。
